According to the store's product descriptions, every item in the lineup features Batana oil: either as a pure single-ingredient product or as the active ingredient in shampoos, conditioners, and scalp serums. The store describes Batana as a Honduran oil traditionally used for hair and scalp nourishment. Azure's product pages describe all formulas as free from sulfates, parabens, and synthetic additives, and the store positions the range for shoppers with curly, textured, or color-treated hair.
All growth and scalp restoration claims in this article are attributed to Azure's own product descriptions. This isn't medical advice: consult a healthcare professional before adding new treatments for hair loss or scalp conditions.

Azure suits shoppers who want a focused, Batana oil-based hair care routine and are comfortable buying based on product descriptions rather than community reviews. There are no public ratings currently on any product page. The main practical trade-off is the return policy: personal care goods are listed as non-returnable, which likely covers the entire Azure lineup. There is no coupon code right now.
Shipping and Returns
According to Azure's shipping policy, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The policy notes that processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, and product launches. After processing, the estimated delivery time for the United States is 3–7 business days. International orders are estimated at 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs. The policy notes that delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak-season volume. Azure emails tracking information when an order ships, and tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
On returns, Azure's refund policy states a 30-day return window. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unopened or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be approved before shipping anything back: shoppers contact the store at contactshopazure@gmail.com to request a return. The policy explicitly lists personal care goods (such as beauty products) as non-returnable exceptions. Since Azure's full lineup consists of hair care and scalp products, shoppers should review the policy carefully or contact the store before purchasing if returns are a concern.
