Cons

• No coupon code is currently available
• Delivery to most locations takes an estimated 5-8 business days after 1-day processing
• Returns require the item to be unused and in original packaging: the policy is strict on condition
• The refund policy says it cannot accept returns on sale items, and the Sling Carrier is listed at $59.00, down from $118.00: confirm with the store whether that price counts as a sale price before relying on the 90-day window
• A tracking number must be provided for any return; returns cannot be processed without it
• The paid lifetime warranty is a separate purchase, not automatic

According to Bambora's shipping policy, all orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within an average of 5-8 business days, depending on location. Once an order ships, buyers receive a tracking email with a link to monitor delivery in real time. Customer support is listed as available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at support@bamboraco.com.

Bambora's refund policy states that returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving an item, as long as the product is unworn or unused, still has its tags, and is in original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. Once a return is approved, the store provides instructions on where to send the package, and the buyer must supply a tracking number for the return shipment: the policy states that returns cannot be processed without one. The policy also says it cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In addition to the return window, the refund policy includes a 1-year warranty on all products covering manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use. Buyers who experience a defect within one year can contact support@bamboraco.com with proof of purchase, and the store states it will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. The policy notes this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
